Understanding value
Most digital businesses sell for 2–5× annual SDE (Seller's Discretionary Earnings). These six factors determine where in that range you land.
Most digital businesses sell at 2–5× annual net profit. SaaS commands higher multiples (3–6×), content sites lower (1.5–2.5×).
Predictable, recurring revenue (subscriptions, retainers) is valued far higher than one-off or seasonal income.
Businesses with 2+ years of data are more fundable. Longer history = lower perceived risk for buyers.
If one customer is >20% of revenue, expect a discount. Diverse customer bases command premiums.
A business that runs without you is worth more. Document SOPs, hire a team, or show a short transition path.
Month-over-month growth (even 5–10%) significantly improves valuation. Declining businesses face steep discounts.

Your business identity is protected until a buyer signs an NDA. Even after NDA, buyers are legally bound to confidentiality. We never use your business name in marketing without permission.

At minimum: a government-issued ID, your CAC certificate (or equivalent), and 3 months of bank statements. For larger deals (>$250K) we also require 2 years of audited financials and a legal compliance letter.
No. We never charge exclusivity fees. You can continue exploring other avenues while listed with us, though most sellers find our qualified buyer pool means they close here first.
LOIs are non-binding. If due diligence reveals material misrepresentation, a buyer can withdraw. However, if a buyer withdraws without cause, your listing can be relisted free of charge for 30 days.
Yes, though the positioning changes. Loss-making businesses are often sold on an asset basis (tech, IP, customer list) rather than an earnings multiple. Our team can help you frame this correctly to the right buyer.
