Yes! Businesses with an asking price of $5,000 or less can be listed completely free ($0/month). You only pay the 8% closing fee when your business successfully sells.
The closing fee is only charged upon a successful, completed transaction. You pay nothing until the deal closes and funds are released from escrow. There are no hidden success fees or referral charges.
