Annual team retreats

Core overlap hours exist (10am–3pm WAT) but we trust you to manage your schedule around life. Unlimited leave above the 21-day minimum.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Lead the development of our core deal pipeline, escrow integration layer, and KYC verification systems. You'll work across our Next.js frontend and Node.js backend, shipping features used by 2,000+ buyers and sellers weekly.
Deal Advisor — West Africa
Guide buyers and sellers through acquisition processes from NDA to closing. You'll manage a pipeline of 15–20 active deals simultaneously, providing both strategic advice and hands-on transaction support.
KYC & Compliance Manager
Own our KYC framework across 15+ African jurisdictions. You'll adapt verification processes to local regulations, manage our verification team, and ensure every listing meets our Trust Badge standards.
Senior Product Designer
Define the visual and interaction language for Africa Acquisition. You'll own end-to-end product design for our marketplace, data rooms, deal pipeline, and mobile experience.
Growth & Marketing Manager
Drive qualified buyer and seller acquisition across 15+ African markets. You'll own paid and organic channels, content strategy, and our weekly market intelligence newsletter.
Deal Advisor — East Africa
Expand our presence across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. You'll build the regional seller pipeline, advise on deal structuring, and close transactions end-to-end.
Backend Engineer — Payments & Escrow
Build and maintain our payment infrastructure, Paystack and Stripe integrations, multi-currency escrow engine, and automated fund release system. Critical systems with zero tolerance for downtime.
Legal Counsel — Transactions
Draft and review SPAs, LOIs, NDA templates, and escrow agreements. You'll maintain our legal template library across jurisdictions and advise on complex multi-party transactions.
Data Analyst
Turn our transaction data into product and market intelligence. You'll build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and surface insights that drive buyer matching algorithms and platform improvements.
